i have 2 times better req then needed and it still lags

Its yust cause of ur computer if u have XP then not about computer,but VISTA idk i dont think it works by VISTA well we have XP if u have XP then its to ur game or u have to much files on ur PC so its slowing u down…

Try ctrl+alt+delete>task manager then see how many process is running in your system, also check if there is a virus/malware and other unnecessary files in your system.
